Teens have FUN in Jerusalem

Jerusalem: The White CitySnowman
It's a snow day in Jerusalem today, January 10, 2013. Kids are out in the street and in the parks building snowmen, having snowball fights and making snow angels. Jerusalem is not used to snow and they warned us for the last few days that this would be a big snow storm but who would have believed it. After 3 days of heavy rain and wind and a beautiful night of snow, the streets, treetops and buildings are white. Its mid day now and the sun has come out. There is not a cloud in the sky and the snowmen have started to melt. That's what I love about Jerusalem, a major snow storm in the morning and back to life as usual by the afternoon.

MSnowSchools, attractions and stores will remain closed so enjoy the rest of your day at home.

Post your favorite snow pictures of your kids in the Jerusalem snow on our Fun In Jerusalem facebook page.

P.S. It started snowing again!!!
