The Hebrew University Sports Center is located at the Edmond J. Safra Campus in Givat Ram, Jerusalem. This state of the art sports center is open to students and staff of the University and now it is also open to Fun In Jerusalem.
What Makes This Sports Center Unique?
The Hebrew University sports center is a haven for sports enthusiasts, located in an idyllic University campus setting. With a young and vibrant atmosphere, it is an ideal place to work out and to swim in Jerusalem.
The center is one of the most advanced in Israel and is spread across 10.5 acres. The center offers a fitness complex with over 100 state of the art fitness machines manufactured by Technogym. The sports center includes a fitness center, health club with lockers, spa, and a renovated indoor heated swimming pool which is the largest in the city. The Indoor Swimming Pool has aquatic activities and swimming for all ages.
The center offers 5 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, basketball courts (available for rent) and an outdoor athletics stadium, which was the host of the first Jerusalem marathon. The aerobics studio offers a variety of classes (more than 200 classes per month) with the best teachers.

The Sports Center offers one on one training in the gym with specialized equipment. Trainers focus on working with each clients personal needs.

The Sports Center includes a state of the art spa with a full range of services, luxurious Jacuzzi, sauna, steam shower, spacious seating area and a selection of treatments.
“The Hebrew Cafe”, located on the campus outside the sports complex, offers healthy and nutritious food designed for sports enthusiasts and people who are following a balanced diet. The dairy restaurant offers a varied menu including vegetarian and vegan options. It is located in a garden setting making it an ideal place for families to enjoy a meal out. The cafe is kosher.
There is a large free gated parking lot located next to the outside stadium and the gym complex. This parking lot is reserved for yearly members.
