BANAI: A Musical Journey from Persia to Jerusalem

Follow the personal story of the Banai family and the influence they have had on arts and culture in Israel. The most well known Banai family members in todays musical scene are Ehud & Evyatar Banai. The family preserved their traditions and customs from Persia while creating a new language and artistic style which became a symbol of modern Hebrew culture in Israel.

This new exhibition at the Tower of David is a sensory musical journey of the voices, the sounds and the sights that tell the history of a family whose story embodies the story of Israel.

The flow of the exhibition moves between historical and family stories and is accompanied throughout by the music.
