Israel Prize winner, Yehoram Gaon, is performing a special festive Selichot and Song concert at the Jerusalem Theater. He will be accompanied by the Jerusalem Hiba Orchestra, under the direction of musician and conductor, Elad Gabay.
The show includes a number of ensembles of romantic Ladino melodies for the High Holy Days.
Intertwinned with his songs and music, Yehoram Gaon will share memories and nostalgic stories of his childhood, growing up in the family home and of Jerusalem’s sefardic synagogue in by-gone years.
The event is being held in line with the Ministry of Health’s COVID guidelines, under the Green Pass system.
