The Secret Garden at the National Library

This summer, hidden within the National Library—nestled between old and new books— a magical Secret Garden awaits. Come explore this whimsical space made entirely of paper and cardboard, and wander among the tall trees and giant flowers.

  • A Stroll Through A Blooming Cardboard Garden – Step into an immersive cardboard landscape full of surprises, secrets, and hands-on fun.
  • “Songs Grow Here” – An original performance from the National Library’s creative studio, paired with a lively workshop for children. Bring words to life and watch ideas bloom in our enchanted garden!
  • A Guided Tour of “Flowers Among the National Library Shelves” – A dynamic, inspiring family experience that explores the role of flowers in Israeli culture.

On Sunday, August 11 at 5pm, the Secret Garden will host a session specially adapted to special needs in small groups.
