In celebration of it’s 10th anniversary, Olmaya is holding it’s Mee(a)t Festival Garden in Government House, Jerusalem.
Under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate, it includes kosher meat (chalak), mehadrin wine, boutique beers, fish dishes, and vegetarian options.
The Festival is being produced by Yaniv Cohen, who founded and managed the Auto Truck Food Festival over the past seven years, together with Chef Lior Haptzady, head of the venue’s catering service who is overseeing the culinary side of things.
