Chef Moshe Basson is internationally renowned as “Israel’s Biblical Chef.” He searches the Bible and the local countryside for clues to traditional dishes, which he recreates. Together with his son Ronny Basson, he runs the celebrated Eucalyptus restaurant in the Artist’s Colony in Jerusalem.
