Yom HaZikaron Evening at the Bible Lands Museum

The Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem invites you to remember, through discussion and poetry, the story of the fallen, the martyrs of Israel’s wars and the martyrs of hostilities.

Dr. Emmanuel Gillis will share his personal story about his late brother Shmuel and the choice to continue, remember and create meaning.

Through the exhibition “Six After the War” – touch on the common human pain – then and now. There will be a circle of poetry and memory led by Maor Wahab and Koral Iluk – a moment of connection, of pain and of hope, with songs and melodies.
