Meshek 48 is nestled on Kibbutz Rosh Tzurim in the Gush Etzion region, just outside Jerusalem. Founded by David and Devorah Katz of Pat BaMelach, the Meshek is a warm, welcoming space for hands-on culinary workshops and intimate cultural experiences rooted in food, craft, and community. All of their workshops are fully hands-on and designed to be welcoming and family-friendly, with participants actively involved from start to finish.
In addition to its workshops, Meshek 48 regularly hosts artists and artisans from the worlds of food, arts, and culture—creating visits that feel personal, creative, and deeply connected to place.
With experience leading workshops for over 21,000 participants, the Meshek team brings warmth, professionalism, and ease to every group.
