Create and paint your own unique and functional art out of clay hewn from the Land of Israel.

Kiyor Studio, located just across from the main entrance to Machane Yehuda Market, offers unique ceramic workshops. Bring home a piece of the Holy Land, along with the spiritual sparks embedded within it.

Botanical Impressions using the leaves of the Lulav

Press leaves, flowers, and even the arba minim into the clay hewn from the actual earth of Israel’s sacred ground to create functional art you’ll love.

Creating from Clay

Using the pinch or coil technique you will form vessels such as cups, bowls, vases, wine tumblers, or tealights from clay, and decorate and paint them all in one session.

Painting Artisanal Pottery

Choose from an exceptional selection of hand made artisanal tableware, Judaica and home decor items to paint and glaze. Choose your colors from a palette of rich colors and shades, and start painting! No prior experience needed. If you can hold a paintbrush, you can do this!
