Creating in Clay

At Kiyor Studio, kids dive into the world of ceramics with hands-on guidance, learning to handbuild and decorate functional art they’ll actually use — from Shabbat trays and menorahs to mugs, bowls, and wall hangings.

Every child works at their own level, with space to explore, create, and grow. We weave in meaningful themes from the weekly Torah portion, upcoming holidays, and Jewish life — turning every project into something personal and inspiring.

They also encourage freestyle creations, so kids can bring their own ideas to life and build confidence through creative exploration. Along the way, they pick up real skills in surface design — using carving tools, stamps, brushes, sponges, even toothbrush splatter — all while developing focus, imagination, and a real sense of pride in their work.

This is a chug that stays with them — in the pieces they make and the confidence they build.

All in a warm, supportive, creative, and unforgettable environment.
