Pilgramage Road Tour & more with Debra Tours

Pilgrimage Road Tour

The Pilgrimage Road, in the City of David, is a circa first-century route linking the Pool of Siloam to the foot of the Temple Mount.  It has just opened to the public after 13 years of excavations. It’s is one of the world’s most significant archeological discoveries. During works, archeologists uncovered cooking pots, oil lamps, hundreds of bronze coins from the Great Revolt and even a sword belonging to a Roman Legionnaire. The stepped street served as the main thoroughware for Pilgrim’s during the Second Temple Period. Each footstep connects you to thousands of years of history!

Thursday Night Cholent and Bakery Tour

Taste the famous Cholent places of Geula and Mea Shearim and experience the hustle and bustle of a Thursday night. We will have a chance to go to some bakeries as well and purchase freshly baked goodies for Shabbat and for eating right there. We may even go to my favorite secret salatim place. Learn about the customs and culture of the neighborhoods as well. You pay for the cholent and food that you want to eat.
