David the Servant King brings to the stage the powerful, little-known story of David’s early years—when he was shunned, misunderstood, and treated as an outcast. Told in part through the eyes of his mother, Nitzevet, this moving production follows David’s journey from rejected shepherd boy to the servant king he was destined to become.
Created for the English-speaking women’s community in Israel, this original two-act musical is deeply relevant for our times, inspiring audiences with its message of faith, courage, resilience, and hope. From the gripping opening to the electrifying finale, women leave feeling uplifted, strengthened, and profoundly moved.
