Israel remembers the fallen soldiers and victims of terror on Remembrance Day. A siren sounds on the eve of Remembrance Day and then again during the day. When the siren goes off all cars and pedestrians need to stop in their place for a moment of silence.
Evening Siren – 8:00pm for 1 minute
Morning Siren – 11:00am for 2 minutes
This years Remembrance Day events will be broadcast on TV and will also be live.
