Fly the kites and enjoy a spectacular kite-flying display, converging around 4 pm at the Crown Plaza overlooking the beautiful Jerusalem landscape.

Tour and workshop for all the family

Discover the secret of a sukkah from the 19th century: who used it, and how did they manage to save it? And also – how did they used to hold banquets in ancient times? At the end of the tour: a paper work workshop with Sukkot motifs.

Creating reality from paper and cardboard, inspired by the works of photographer Thomas Demand

Would you believe that paper and cardboard can be a central part of a photographer’s work? Have you ever thought about how paper can simulate reality? In the guided tour of the exhibition of the international artist Thomas Demand “The Stuttering of History” you will see how he uses paper as a creative base and anchor for all his works and transforms it from a flat raw material into living and deceptive environments. At the end of the tour – a workshop inspired by the artist’s work combining motifs from the Sukkot holiday.
