The Bloomfield Science Museum presents a special series “Food, Science & Music” this November. A series of lectures for adults on culinary art and scientific processes.

Tuesday November 14 – “A Shot of Whiskey”- The Science of Distilling Whiskey , and ‘dessert’ – a performance by Michal Lotan and Rotem Bar-Or.

David Zibell of the Golan Heights Distillery (kosher) together with whiskey expert, attorney Michael Ben David, will talk about whiskey, its origins and the science involved in distilling it. The evening will include whiskey tastings (HEBREW).

After the lecture there will be a tour of the Fields of Tomorrow exhibition followed by a musical performance in which singer Michal Lotan hosts singer and artist Rotem Bar-Or for a fascinating musical encounter on human existence, love, and simple humanity.
