Explore the Museum’s beautiful grounds, from the entrance at the bottom of the hill to the highest viewpoint at the top. We’ll start from the street level, looking to the Knesset and the University; ascend the promenade along the Art Garden, where we’ll observe the Museum’s modernist architecture and the way its cubic buildings sprawl on the hill like a Mediterranean village; and end at the top plaza with Anish Kapoor’s iconic sculpture, looking onto the Museum’s very special surrounding landscape.

In and Out of the Galleries
This tour will take you through the inner spaces, entrances, and exits connecting the Museum’s four wings – Archaeology, Jewish Art and Life, Fine Arts, and Youth Wing for Art Education – highlighting the relationship between the Museum’s architecture and its function as a place for keeping and exhibiting cultural treasures
