Opening Hours:
KnessetThe Knesset offers guided tours for the public on Sundays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:30AM-2:00PM. These tours are open to children as well.

Tour Hours By Language:
Hebrew: 9:15am, 9:30am, 10:15am, 11:00pm, 12:15pm, 2:00pm
English: 8:30am, 12:00pm, 1:45pm
Arabic: 1:00pm
French: 12:45pm
Russian: 11:00am
Spanish: 10:00am
German (recording): 8:30am

Please arrive at the Knesset 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the tour with a passport or Israeli identity card.

Group Tours are available

Observe A Knesset Session:
One may observe the Knesset sessions from the public gallery on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Groups must call and arrange this visit; individuals may arrive directly with their identity cards or passports. This is available for children as well as long as the parents believe the child will behave appropriately.

Knesset Session Times:
Monday – 4:00pm
Tuesday – 4:00pm
Wednesday – 11:00am

The Knesset Dress Code

One is not permitted to enter the Knesset wearing tank-tops, shorts, or jeans. “Crocs” shoes are not permitted unless they are black or navy. Men may not enter wearing sandals, and women are not permitted to enter wearing belly-shirts.

How To Get To The Knesset…
By Car

Enter Jerusalem on Route 1 and go under the Bridge of Strings. You will pass Binyanei Hauma on your right then make your first right and go across two traffic circles. When you see the Supreme Court on your right make a left and another left into the large public parking lot. Make sure to get your ticket stamped in the Knesset.

By Bus
