Spend this Tu Bshvat in Kibbutz Tzuba just outside Jerusalem for the Almond Tree Festival. The event includes a 3 km hike where you will see trees, flowers, art workshops, wine tasting, create flower pots, music and songs of nature, create a grass head, plant trees. The kibbutz will be offering a keepsake magnet at the end of the trail. The trail takes on average 3 hrs to walk.

Bus: 183, across the street from Binyanei Hauma How To Get To Tzuba: Take Route 1 out of Jerusalem and exit at Harel Junction and make a left over the bridge towards Castel. Continue straight till you come to an intersection and make a right on to route 395 till Kibbutz Tzuba Parking: Free parking lots at Kef Tzuba and in the Kibbutz. Food: Kef Tzuba has a cafeteria (non kosher) and the kibbutz has a hotel with a kosher cafe.
